Responsibilities

Define and execute a comprehensive Salesforce CRM strategy and multi-year roadmap.
Own Salesforce product vision for Sales Cloud and other tools; drive value.
Oversee day-to-day Salesforce management, availability, performance, and security.
Perform system audits, data quality checks, and stay current with Salesforce releases.
Lead and mentor admins/developers, including external partners.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Service to prioritize CRM projects.
Translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions; manage design/configuration.
Utilize Agile methodologies to ensure on-time delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
Establish governance for access, roles, data security, and release processes.
Drive user adoption and create training/resources to maximize CRM ROI.
