Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years in IT/CRM roles with Salesforce focus.
• Proven CRM leadership and team management.
• Deep Salesforce knowledge: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.
• Strong configuration, customization, and integrations (Apex, Flows, APIs, Mulesoft).
• Agile/Scrum experience and Jira familiarity.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and change management.
• Strategic thinker with ability to translate business needs into Salesforce roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive Salesforce CRM strategy and multi-year roadmap for Envista.
• Own the Salesforce product vision and ensure planned enhancements drive value.
• Oversee day-to-day Salesforce environment management for high availability, performance and security.
• Lead and develop a team of administrators and developers (including external partners).
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service to prioritize and deliver CRM projects.
• Governance and best practices for access, security, changes, and release management.
• Drive user adoption and training programs to maximize CRM ROI.
• Oversee data strategy and integration with ERP, MDM, and marketing automation.
