Senior Salesforce Architect with enterprise-scale delivery experience.
Hands-on with Service Cloud, CPQ, pricing, customer master data and processes.
Experience supporting large ERP/Oracle Fusion transformation programs.
Ability to lead across business and technology groups and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

Lead current-state assessment and document Salesforce, Forge, PriceFX, and related commercial apps.
Build and validate profiles, maps, and inventories; document dependencies.
Assess impacts from Oracle Fusion design decisions and future-state architecture.
Develop specs, remediation requirements, and supporting docs for changes.
Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to identify impacts, risks, and remediation.
Collaborate to establish governance, standards, and execution plans.
