Job summary

Simplus seeks an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead designing and delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions, spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

You will translate business needs into scalable architectures, drive technical workshops, oversee integration projects (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica), and guide teams toward secure, high-performing implementations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• t
• 3+ years of architecture or technical leadership experience.
• Experience leading distributed development teams.
• Experience working in consulting or professional services environments.
• Experience with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, XML/JSON.
• Salesforce CTA and multiple certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and technical design workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce architecture.
• Create solution design documents, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Drive architectural decisions balancing scalability, performance, maintainability, and business needs.
• Design and oversee Salesforce integrations with external enterprise systems (REST/SOAP).
• Collaborate with middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica).
• Data migration strategy, mapping, transformation, and validation.
• Present architectural recommendations to leadership and guide offshore/onshore teams.
