Qualifications
- 8+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs and integrations.
- Solid architecture, design patterns, and deployment best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce architectures.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor Salesforce developers.
- Drive best practices around coding, testing, deployment, and governance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and project teams.
- Ensure application performance, security, reliability, and scalability.
- Perform hands-on development using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Support integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
