We seek a Salesforce technical lead to design and build complex solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components, write SOQL, and drive security, data governance, and platform evolution. You will mentor engineers, guide DevOps practices, and shape AI-enabled workflows, with opportunities to impact multi-dimensional grantmaking analytics.

Qualifications

• Strong Salesforce development experience with Apex and LWC.
• Proficient in writing SOQL for complex data models.
• Prior responsibility for security, data governance, and compliance.
• Experience mentoring engineers and reviewing technical work.
• Knowledge of release automation and DevOps best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and build complex Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Write SOQL against a custom object model for donors, budgets, and grants.
• Lead security, data compliance, and platform feature assessments.
• Partner with the senior technical lead to shape technical direction.
• Mentor team members, review work, and resolve escalated support cases.
• Implement sandbox-to-production deployments using Gearset and IDE workflows.
• Serve as release manager and advocate for DevOps best practices.
• Contribute to AI-enabled development workflows.
