Job summary

Codeworks, an LRS company, seeks a Salesforce Tableau Analytics Specialist to turn data into actionable insights and modernize reporting across Salesforce, Tableau Cloud, Data Cloud, and Tableau CRM.

This contract role focuses on governance, semantic models, KPIs, and AI-ready data structures, with responsibilities spanning dashboards, data prep, and cross-system integration.

Remote, full-time hourly contract with pay range $75-$125 per hour; 5+ years of BI experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing analytics, reporting, BI, or data visualization solutions.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Reports and Dashboards, including cross-filters and joined reports.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience building metrics, calculations, and KPI-driven reporting solutions.
• Strong experience developing dashboards within Tableau Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau CRM, including semantic layers and dashboards.
• Experience using Tableau Prep for data preparation and quality improvements.
• Strong SQL and/or SAQL experience.
• Experience integrating data from multiple business systems.
• Knowledge of data governance and reporting best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and enhance Salesforce reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
• Build new Tableau Cloud dashboards and optimize reporting for performance.
• Develop Tableau CRM dashboards, calculations, metrics, and semantic models.
• Use Tableau Prep to cleanse and blend data from Salesforce sources.
• Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting requirements.
• Integrate Salesforce, ERP, CPQ, product and usage data for unified views.
• Create reusable calculations and semantic-layer components.
• Monitor data quality and improve trust in reporting.
• Support data governance initiatives and standardized reporting.
