Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Engineer to own end-to-end platform work across Salesforce and MuleSoft, delivering AI-powered automations with governance.

You will design full-stack features, implement modern frontend and backend services, and leverage AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate delivery. You will drive end-to-end ownership, participate in CI/CD, automated testing, and Agile rituals while elevating engineering practices and ensuring secure, scalable

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools and modern frontend/backend tech.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship full-stack features end-to-end — UI, APIs, business logic, data models, and integrations.
• Build modern frontend experiences and robust backend services and APIs.
• Use AI-assisted development tools throughout the SDLC: scaffolding, refactoring, test generation, debugging, and code review.
• Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, event-driven patterns, and enterprise integration practices.
• Develop using Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and Salesforce security models.
• Explore and build AI-powered features that automate business processes with governance and human-in-the-loop checks.
• Own features through the full lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, production support.
• Contribute to CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies.
