Elastic, the Search AI Company, seeks a Lead Salesforce Engineer who blends architectural insight, clean coding, and AI-assisted tooling across the stack. You will own Salesforce and MuleSoft integrations, build end-to-end features, and apply best practices in SDLC, security, and governance while delivering measurable business impact.

Leveraging tools like Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, and Copilot, you will shape automation and scalable architectures, partnering closely with product and revenue

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proficiency in frontend (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS) and backend development with RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools and secure, scalable code.
• Strong software design patterns, SDLC, Agile, Git, and CI/CD practices.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship full-stack features end-to-end with clean, well-tested code.
• Develop modern frontend experiences and robust backend services and APIs.
• Use AI-assisted tools across the SDLC with governance and quality checks.
• Design integrations using REST APIs and enterprise patterns.
• Work on Salesforce with LWC, Apex, SOQL, and Flows as needed.
• Explore AI-powered automation and governance-aligned features.
• Own features through design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Contribute to CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies.
