Job summary

Jobgether, partnering with a client seeking a Salesforce Technical Business Analyst, invites an experienced product leader to own enterprise Salesforce-native solutions. You will shape AI-powered DevOps, governance, data management, and security within a trusted boundary, collaborating closely with executives, engineering, Sales, and major customers.

You will translate complex requirements into actionable product capabilities, drive multi-year roadmaps across five product areas, and influence

Qualifications

>7 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, incl. 3+ years in Salesforce ecosystem or related platforms.
>Deep Salesforce platform knowledge: metadata, deployments, packaging, security, Apex, Lightning.
>Proven track record shipping enterprise products to Fortune 100 or regulated industries.
>Strong grasp of DevOps, CI/CD, release management, security, and compliance.
>Experience with Salesforce AppExchange ecosystem; ISV or Salesforce-native product experience.

Responsibilities

>Define and drive multi-year roadmaps across DevOps, Data Security, and AI-enabled Salesforce services.
>Translate enterprise requirements (SOX, multi-org, data protection) into practical solutions.
>Lead customer discovery, market analysis, and product-led growth initiatives.
>Collaborate with Sales, CS, and Engineering on demos, roadmaps, and releases.
>Define KPIs and monitor adoption, activation, expansion, and win rates.
