Job summary

Flosum is seeking a visionary Salesforce Technical Business Analyst to own the product roadmap for a 100% Salesforce-native DevSecOps, Data Protection, and Security platform trusted by Fortune 100 companies. You will work directly with the CEO and engineering leadership to shape new categories in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Qualifications

7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS with Salesforce ecosystem focus.
Ability to write PRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Experience shipping enterprise-grade products in regulated industries.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the multi-year product roadmap across five product lines.
Translate Salesforce platform knowledge into premium capabilities for enterprise customers.
Write detailed PRDs and own sprint planning, backlog prioritization and release coordination.
Engage with Fortune 100 customers to understand pain points and influence deal strategy.
