Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management in B2B SaaS, with Salesforce focus.
• Deep Salesforce platform knowledge and ISV ecosystem.
• Proven track record shipping enterprise-grade products.
• Hands-on writer of PRDs and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year product roadmap across five product lines.
• Engage Fortune 100 customers to translate needs into solutions.
• Write detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering to deliver on aggressive timelines.
• Define and track product KPIs: adoption, activation, expansion, NPS.
