Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Salesforce Technical Business Analyst based in the United States to own product strategy and execution across Salesforce-native solutions. You will lead AI-powered DevOps, governance, data management, and security experiences, translating market insights into high-impact capabilities.

You will collaborate with executive leadership, engineering, Sales, and major customers to drive adoption and ensure alignment with SOX and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS with Salesforce focus.
• Deep technical Salesforce platform knowledge including metadata, deployment, security, and ISV ecosystem.
• Proven track record shipping enterprise products for large organizations, preferably in regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive a multi-year Salesforce product roadmap across DevOps, Security, Data Management, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Translate enterprise requirements into practical product features and user stories for engineering.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and executives to shape product strategy and owner product execution.
