Thunder, Inc. is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer (Agentforce Specialist) for Federal delivery. Remote in the US, with possible in-person visits to Northern Virginia/DC.

The role focuses on AI agent design, integration, and secure deployments within Salesforce. You will collaborate with Solution Architects, BAs, and PMs to implement compliant, scalable AI solutions that serve Federal agencies. A US Citizenship and security clearance are required, along with a Bachelor's degree in a related

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, REST/SOAP APIs).
• Agentforce architecture and custom action development experience.
• Proven automation via apex triggers and flows; declarative tech.
• Experience with integrating Salesforce with legacy Federal systems.
• Git, secure coding, and DevSecOps in Agile/Scrum environments.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy autonomous AI agents using Agentforce and guardrails.
• Develop Apex classes, flows, and API connectors for custom actions.
• Implement secure data grounding and API integrations with Data Cloud and legacy systems.
• Build LWCs and Apex triggers to enhance UI and backend processes.
• Enforce Federal security and compliance standards for AI interactions.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Architects to translate requirements into AI architectures.
• Conduct agent testing, UAT support, and ensure compliant outputs in cleared environments.
• Support secure CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices for Federal deliveries.
