Job summary

Cherokee Federal is seeking a Senior Agentforce Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement secure, scalable AI solutions on the Salesforce platform for government and DoD environments. You will build Apex and Lightning-based solutions, deploy Agentforce agents, and integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems, mentoring junior staff along the way.

The role requires US citizenship and an interim Secret clearance, with a strong background in DoD Salesforce projects and full software

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship is required and an interim Secret clearance or higher.
DoD Salesforce experience is mandatory.
Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
12+ years of general work experience with Salesforce tech.
Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Administrator certifications.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, OmniStudio.
Design and deploy Agentforce agents and custom actions to automate processes.
Develop actions with Apex, Flow, and prompt templates to extend capabilities.
Configure agent topics/instructions to ensure secure, compliant behavior.
Ground agents in enterprise data sources to improve relevance and accuracy.
Collaborate with analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
