Job summary

Thunder, Inc is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer for Federal Delivery to design, develop, and deploy secure Salesforce solutions for government agencies. The role is remote US-based with potential in-person visits to Virginia offices.

You will work with architects and analysts to translate mission requirements into scalable designs, ensure FedRAMP/NIST compliance, and drive secure integrations. US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance are required; Salesforce certifications

Qualifications

7+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, secure integrations).
Experience integrating Salesforce with Federal legacy systems.
Strong troubleshooting in cleared environments.
Proficiency in Flow Builder and Data Cloud.
Security-focused development practices in Federal delivery.
Experience with Agile, backlog prioritization.
US Citizenship with ability to obtain security clearance.
Bachelor's degree required.
Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification required.
Preferred: Agentforce Specialist, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer II, AI Specialist.

Responsibilities

Develop Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components.
Implement business logic, automation, and integrations for Case and Knowledge objects.
Ensure compliance with FedRAMP, NIST, and agency protocols.
Collaborate with BAs and Solution Architects to translate requirements into designs.
Participate in code reviews and support UAT testing for security compliance.
