Job summary

Thunder is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer (Agentforce Specialist) for Federal Delivery. This remote (US-based) role focuses on designing and deploying AI agents and custom actions on the Salesforce platform to support federal agencies.

You will collaborate across Solution Architects, BAs, and PMs to deliver scalable, compliant AI solutions. The role requires 6+ years in Salesforce development with Agentforce and strong integration skills, plus a US citizenship and ability to obtain

Qualifications

6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex/LWC and secure APIs.
Deep Agentforce architecture knowledge and data grounding with Data Cloud integration.
Experience in federal contexts and navigating cleared environments.
Proficiency with Git, secure coding, and DevSecOps in Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and deploy autonomous AI agents using Agentforce and guardrails.
Develop Apex classes, flows, and API connectors for custom actions.
Implement secure data grounding and integrations with legacy Federal systems, Data Cloud, and Salesforce.
Build LWCs and Apex triggers to support AI agent workflows.
Enforce federal security and compliance standards, with audit controls.
Collaborate with analysts and architects to translate requirements into AI architectures.
Conduct agent testing, prompt evaluation, and UAT support in cleared environments.
Support secure CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices for federal deployments.
