Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce architect, administrator or engineer.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce modules: Sales/Service/Community Cloud and lifecycle management.
• Experience with user, profile and permission set management.
• Understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
• Healthcare/PBM domain experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME in Salesforce landscape and product use across teams.
• Shape roadmap with partner teams on the Salesforce platform.
• Manage platform lifecycle and ensure process alignment.
• Identify and clean up technical debt in the platform.
• Audit and document permissions/roles for compliance; automate where possible.
• Maintain API integrations and deployed apps; keep documentation current.
• Collaborate to modernize deployment methods and tooling.
• Develop integrations with other tools to optimize workloads.
