Job summary

Judi Health, LLC seeks a Salesforce Architect/Engineer to own and evolve the Salesforce Cloud platform supporting Sales, Care, and Operations. You will partner across IT, Sales, and Development to shape roadmaps, manage lifecycle, and reduce technical debt in a dynamic health-tech environment.

The role demands 5+ years in Salesforce roles, strong admin and architecture credentials, SQL knowledge, and excellent cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Cloud Consultant or Business Analyst certifications or equivalent experience.
• Highly desirable: Identity & Access Management Architect, Sharing & Visibility Architect, Development Lifecycle & Deployment Architect, Integration Architect, Data Architect, System Architect.
• Strong preference for Salesforce Certified Technical Architect.
• 5+ years as Salesforce architect/administrator/engineer.
• 5+ years managing users, profiles, and permission sets.
• Understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Extreme attention to detail and highly organized.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to learn constantly and dive into new tech.
• Healthcare/PBM experience preferred.
• Experience outside Salesforce (System Engineer/Administrator/DevOps) is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for Salesforce landscape including Sales, Service, and Community Clouds.
• Assist partner teams in shaping their Salesforce roadmap.
• Lead Salesforce-related tasks within IT Process Engineering.
• Collaborate to manage platform lifecycle and alignment across teams.
• Identify and clean up technical debt in the platform.
• Audit/Document permissions and roles for compliance; automate where possible.
• Maintain and document API integrations and installed apps.
• Remediate production issues impacting service, revenue, or fulfillment with urgency.
• Streamline deployment methodologies and processes.
• Develop integrations with similar tools to optimize workloads.

Position Summary

In the role, you will be responsible for key activities associated with administering and engineering solutions on Salesforce Cloud. In this role, you will operate as a member of the IT Process Engineering team, and collaboratively manage a platform primarily utilized by our Sales, Customer Care, and Operations teams. This role will drive change in a 24/7/365 Salesforce Cloud environment while accounting for the uptime requirements of the platform stakeholders.

Position Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert in our Salesforce landscape and product use, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
• Assist partner teams in shaping their roadmap on the Salesforce platform.
• Act as subject matter expert on the IT Process Engineering team, for any/all Salesforce-related tasks and responsibilities.
• Partner with Sales Operations and Development teams to manage platform lifecycle and ensure process and procedure alignment across the organization.
• Identify and clean up existing technical debt in the platform.
• Audit, document, and review permissions/roles in Salesforce as needed for compliance needs. Or build a methodology and frameworks to automate the above.
• Work to keep API integrations and installed apps, up to date and documented as needed.
• Collaborate with partner support teams to remediate production issues that impact service, revenue, or fulfillment teams with high urgency.
• Collaborate with support teams to streamline and modernize deployment methodologies and processes.
• Collaborate with coworkers to develop integrations with other similar tools, to drive cost engineering efforts and right-size workloads for cases where Salesforce is not the optimal solution.

Required Qualifications

• An optimal candidate will have one or more of these Salesforce certifications or the commensurate practical experience:

$87,200 - $109,000 USD
