We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead the strategic configuration, development, and optimization of our Salesforce platform. This role combines deep administrative expertise with hands‑on development skills to design scalable solutions, maintain data integrity, and drive adoption across departments. You will partner closely with stakeholders to lead complex projects, build custom applications, and champion best practices that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the subject‑matter expert for Salesforce architecture, data model, and security.
- Recommend enhancements and new capabilities to support long‑term business strategy.
- Design and maintain declarative automations (Flows, Approval Processes) and custom Apex triggers, classes, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Create and manage advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics for leadership and cross‑functional teams.
- Configure custom objects, validation rules, and record‑sharing models.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and document user stories.
- Guide solution architecture for integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs or middleware.
- Oversee large‑scale data imports/exports, deduplication, and data‑quality initiatives.
- Implement and enforce security policies, permission sets, and role hierarchies.
- Conduct regular security and health audits to maintain compliance.
- Drive end‑to‑end project lifecycles: planning, development, testing, deployment, and post‑release support.
- Mentor junior admins and provide technical guidance to cross‑functional partners.
- Provide tier‑2/3 support, resolving complex issues and debugging Apex code.
- Monitor new Salesforce releases, evaluate features, and coordinate adoption.
- Lead end‑user training sessions and develop best‑practice documentation.
