Judi Health is seeking a Salesforce Architect/Engineer to administer and engineer Salesforce Cloud solutions for Sales, Customer Care and Operations. Hybrid role with offices in NYC, Denver, and Charlotte.

You will act as SME for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community Cloud, manage platform lifecycle, reduce technical debt, and collaborate across IT Process Engineering to align processes and deployments. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Salesforce experience and relevant certifications,

Qualifications

One or more Salesforce certifications or commensurate practical experience.
Strong preference for Salesforce Architect certification paths.
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce architect, administrator or engineer.
5+ years of experience with user, profile, and permission set management.
Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsabilités

Act as subject matter expert in Salesforce landscape and product use (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud).
Assist partner teams in shaping their roadmap on the Salesforce platform.
Manage platform lifecycle and ensure process and procedure alignment across the organization.
Audit, document, and review permissions/roles in Salesforce for compliance needs; automate as possible.
Keep API integrations and installed apps up to date and documented.
