Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support, maintain, and enhance enterprise Salesforce environments, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, integrations, reporting, and production support.

The role covers configuration of Lightning Flows, object models, dashboards, and deployment pipelines, with a strong focus on data quality and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce Administration/Development experience.
• Hands-on expertise with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Flows, reporting, security, and platform configuration.
• Experience with OmniStudio and OmniScripts.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce integrations, ETL processes, and API troubleshooting.
• Experience with Apex, Batch Classes, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with ServiceNow and ITSM processes.
• Agile experience with Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.
• Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and territory management.
• Configure Lightning Flows, page layouts, record types, custom objects, reports, and dashboards.
• Develop and enhance Apex classes, triggers, and batch processes.
• Troubleshoot Salesforce integrations, including REST APIs, Platform Events, Streaming APIs, and ETL processes.
• Support incident, problem, and change management activities through ServiceNow.
• Perform data migrations, data cleanup, and data quality initiatives.
• Manage deployments using Copado and GitHub.
• Create technical documentation and partner with business teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
