Job summary

Tripoint Solutions is seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Migration Engineer to lead migration, transformation, validation, and integration of data into Salesforce. Remote role with access to multiple states and a strong focus on data quality and scalable ETL processes.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Salesforce data migration or data engineering experience, expertise in Salesforce APIs, Data Loader, and SOQL, and a proven track record with large data environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce data migration or data engineering.
• Strong experience with Salesforce data models, APIs, Data Loader, and SOQL.
• Experience with ETL tools and data transformation processes.
• Experience with data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and quality management.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute data migration strategies into Salesforce.
• Extract, transform, cleanse, map, and load data from legacy and external systems.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes and data migration workflows.
• Create data mapping specifications and transformation rules.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
• Support migration testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.
• Develop and optimize integrations using Salesforce APIs and related technologies.
• Work with Salesforce Architects, Developers, and business stakeholders to resolve data issues.
• Support migration of large datasets while maintaining data integrity and system performance.
• Document migration processes, data mappings, procedures, and results.
