Job summary

SmithRx is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to optimize Salesforce processes, support integrations, and contribute to development efforts across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and more.

The role requires 8+ years of experience with 5+ years in Salesforce administration, strong knowledge of APIs, and hands-on automation. Collaboration with multiple teams will drive efficiency and user experience improvements.

Qualifications

8+ years of relevant Salesforce experience.
5+ years of Salesforce administration with hands-on config, automation and integrations.
Experience with integrations, APIs and middleware to enhance system functionality.
Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud Consultant certifications.

Responsibilities

Manage advanced Salesforce configurations, security settings, and user roles.
Design scalable Salesforce solutions with custom objects and declarative automation.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Product/Engg, Customer Support for automation opportunities.
Oversee third-party integrations, API configurations and middleware solutions.
Support development efforts including Apex triggers and process automation.
Assist with data governance, deduplication and compliance.
Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics for insights.
Support release and change management and deployment cycles.
