Job summary

SmithRx is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to optimize Salesforce processes, support integrations, and contribute to minor development efforts. You will identify efficiencies, implement new features, and ensure data integrity across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Pricing & Proposals, Legal, Account Management, and Customer Support.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in the field, 5+ years in Salesforce administration with hands-on config, automation, and integrations, plus

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience with hands‑on expertise in configuration, automation and integrations.
• Salesforce Certifications: Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
• Ability to read and troubleshoot code to assist with integrations and system enhancements.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with proactive and creative approach to improving system performance.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills at all levels of the organization.
• Strong data management abilities, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data to support decision‑making.

Responsibilities

• Manage advanced Salesforce configurations, security settings, and user roles.
• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, including custom objects and advanced declarative automation.
• Work with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Product/Engg, Customer Support and other teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Oversee and contribute to third-party integrations, API configurations and middleware solutions.
• Support minor development efforts, including Apex triggers, process automation and troubleshooting code-related issues.
• Assist with data governance, ensuring data integrity, deduplication and compliance.
• Develop advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics for actionable insights.
• Support release management, change management and deployment cycles.
