Message from the Hiring Manager:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our team in Westlake Village, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for the ongoing management, configuration, and optimization of our Salesforce platform to support business processes and drive operational efficiency.
Objectives and Measurable Performance Accountabilities:
- Administer and Manage Salesforce: Oversee daily operations, user administration, data integrity, security, and support for Salesforce users.
- Customization and Configuration: Design, implement, and manage custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation to meet business requirements.
- System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other business systems and third-party applications.
- Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- User Training and Support: Provide ongoing training and support to end-users, ensuring high adoption rates and effective use of Salesforce.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for process improvement and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements.
- Platform Maintenance: Perform regular system maintenance, including updates, upgrades, and troubleshooting technical issues.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce administration experience, with a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionalities.
- Certifications: Salesforce Administrator Certification is required; Advanced Administrator or additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, workflows, process builder, validation rules, and permissions.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs and third-party applications.
- Strong knowledge of reporting tools, dashboards, and data management.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits:
- $115,000.00 - $135,000.00 annual compensation
