NPR is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to innovate and maintain its Salesforce CRM. This role involves collaborating with teams to implement product features and optimize the platform for strategic goals. INTRO TO POSITION
This role will join a team of NPR colleagues focused on innovating and maintaining NPR’s Salesforce CRM. You will be deeply involved in implementing a wide array of product features across the platform in collaboration with teams across the organization. The ideal candidate can work seamlessly across projects and can understand the varied technical layers that enable product experiences. They will proactively identify and implement Salesforce solutions that help NPR achieve its strategic goals.
NPR’s Salesforce CRM runs critical business processes from donor management to management of our nationwide network of Member organizations to powering digital experiences for millions of Americans. The Senior Salesforce Administrator will work with product and technical teams to strategically design and update our CRM data model and platform architecture to optimize our Salesforce platform. As a technical team leader, the Senior Salesforce Administrator will provide guidance to Salesforce resources throughout the organization. A successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to analyze, design and optimize processes utilizing the Salesforce platform, increasing user adoption, driving best practices, and making the most of Salesforce’s possibilities for our organization to achieve strategic results.

NPR Pay Range
$132,915.86 - $141,010.44 USD
