We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to manage, customize, and enhance our Salesforce environment while ensuring seamless integrations and user adoption. What You’ll Do

• Oversee day-to-day administration of Salesforce, ensuring smooth operations across user management, permissions, workflows, and data integrity.
• Configure and customize the platform, including custom objects, reports, dashboards, and automation using Flow and Process Builder.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to design and implement Salesforce enhancements that drive productivity.
• Support system upgrades, releases, and troubleshooting while proactively optimizing the platform.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer service, and IT to streamline operations.
• Stay ahead of Salesforce innovations, recommending best practices that enhance efficiency and scalability.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a strong track record of successful implementations.
• Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional certifications like Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder preferred.
• Deep expertise in Flow automation—we’re looking for someone who can bridge the gap on more complex work.
• Familiarity with Apex—while you won’t be coding from scratch, you should understand how it fits within broader architecture.
• Experience working within Salesforce Lightning Experience and leveraging Salesforce automation tools.
• Ability to translate complex business processes into efficient Salesforce solutions.
• Strong analytical and communication skills—you’ll engage with stakeholders at all levels to drive adoption and innovation.
