You will manage users, profiles, permissions, flows, dashboards, and data management across multi-org environments, with emphasis on security and AppExchange management. Join a team that values collaboration and federal sector excellence.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or an Associate's with relevant experience as stated.
• Five to eight years Salesforce administration experience.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator is required.
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications encouraged.
• Preferred: CPQ, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Government Cloud experience.
• Must have Salesforce configuration, user/permission management, flows and automation, reports/dashboards, data management, security admin, AppExchange management.

Job Summary

Leads Salesforce platform configuration, user management, security administration, automation, and reporting and dashboard development.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer org configuration, objects, fields, page layouts, and record types.
• Manage users, profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules.
• Build and maintain declarative automation using Flows and approval processes.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics supporting operational decision-making.
• Oversee data management, deduplication, imports, and mass updates.
• Manage AppExchange packages, release readiness, and sandbox refresh cycles.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; OR an Associate's degree plus two (2) additional years of relevant experience. Two (2) years of specialized experience may substitute for one (1) year of the academic requirement.
• Minimum Experience: Five (5) to eight (8) years of Salesforce administration experience.
• Certifications — Required: Salesforce Certified Administrator.
• Certifications — Obtainable After Hire: Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, within 180 days of assignment.
• Certifications — Preferred: Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder; Sharing and Visibility Architect; Certified Business Analyst.
• Required Skills: Salesforce configuration; user, profile, and permission management; Flows and process automation; reports and dashboards; data management; security administration; AppExchange management.
• Preferred Skills: Multi-org governance; Salesforce Government Cloud; CPQ, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud; federal sector experience.
