Job summary

NuAxis is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer for a full-time role. The candidate will design, build, and optimize complex Salesforce applications, integrations, and Lightning solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.

The role requires strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, data modeling, secure coding, and release management, with mentoring responsibilities and support for ATO activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5–8 years of Salesforce development experience in multi-object enterprise orgs.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I required.
• Desirable: Platform Developer II, Application Architect, Integration Architect.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop Apex, LWC, and Flow-based solutions.
• Design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Define org strategy, governance, and data model design.
• Lead code reviews and enforce secure coding standards.

Job Summary

Designs, builds, and optimizes complex Salesforce applications, integrations, and Lightning solutions. Serves as the platform technical authority, setting development standards and leading design of scalable, secure org architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop complex Apex, Lightning Web Component (LWC), and Flow-based solutions.
• Design and implement integration patterns using REST and SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware.
• Define org strategy, governor limit management, data model design, and technical debt remediation.
• Lead code reviews, establish secure coding standards, and enforce deployment and release governance.
• Mentor mid-level developers and administrators; support ATO and security assessment activities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Two (2) years of specialized experience may substitute for one (1) year of the academic requirement.
• Minimum Experience: Five (5) to eight (8) years of Salesforce development experience, including at least two (2) years on complex, multi-object enterprise orgs.
• Certifications — Required: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
• Certifications — Obtainable After Hire: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, within 180 days of assignment.
• Certifications — Preferred: Salesforce Certified Application Architect; Integration Architect; Sharing and Visibility Architect; Certified Administrator.
• Required Skills: Apex; Lightning Web Components; Salesforce APIs and integration patterns; Flows and declarative automation; data modeling; secure coding; sandbox and release management.
• Preferred Skills: Federal Salesforce environments; Salesforce Government Cloud; Service Cloud, CPQ, or Marketing Cloud; multi-org governance.

Technical Environment

Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud; Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce (legacy support); Flow Builder; SOQL and SOSL; Platform Events and Change Data Capture; Salesforce DX and scratch orgs; Gearset, Copado, or Change Sets; MuleSoft or equivalent integration middleware; Salesforce Shield and Government Cloud; Data Loader; Git with Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
