Job summary

NuAxis Innovations is seeking a Mid-Level Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce features and integrations under senior technical guidance. The role involves delivering sprint-level functionality that meets defined acceptance criteria and quality standards.

Responsibilities include building Apex classes and LWC components, managing API-based integrations, and ensuring robust unit testing and deployment support across environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Software Eng or related field.
• 3–5 years Salesforce development experience.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.
• Salesforce Administrator certification within 90 days of hire acceptable.
• Preferred: Platform Developer II and Platform App Builder.
• Knowledge of Apex, LWCs, Flows, API usage, secure coding, Git and Agile delivery.

Job Summary

Develops and maintains Salesforce features, customizations, and integrations under senior technical guidance. Delivers sprint-level functionality against defined acceptance criteria.

Key Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Two (2) years of specialized experience may substitute for one (1) year of the academic requirement.
• Minimum Experience: Three (3) to five (5) years of Salesforce development experience.
• Certifications — Required: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
• Certifications — Obtainable After Hire: Salesforce Certified Administrator, within 90 days of assignment.
• Certifications — Preferred: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II; Platform App Builder.
• Required Skills: Apex; Lightning Web Components; Flows; API usage; secure coding; Git; Agile delivery.
• Preferred Skills: Experience in regulated or federal environments; declarative automation design; data migration support.

Technical Environment

Salesforce Lightning Experience; Apex and Lightning Web Components; Flow Builder; SOQL; Salesforce DX; Data Loader and Workbench; sandbox refresh and Change Set deployment; Git and Jira.
