Job summary

Decisive Point Consulting Group seeks a Senior Salesforce Administrator to support a Salesforce Center of Innovation with hands-on configuration and business analysis. You will serve as the senior configuration authority for license management, user separation, and self-service reporting across a large enterprise footprint.

You will work with leadership and teams to define standards, ensure accessibility, and drive secure deployments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
5 years of relevant experience in Salesforce administration, business analysis, or enterprise application support.
Salesforce Certified Business Analyst.
Ability to obtain and maintain a government background investigation.

Responsibilities

Manage license consumption and access across orgs, including license assignments, permission sets, and profiles.
Build and maintain self-service reports and dashboards for leadership metrics.
Test interfaces for Section 508 and WCAG standards; document and prioritize remediation.
Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into configuration specs; write user stories and acceptance criteria.
Mentor administrators and promote DevSecOps deployment practices; set standards for permission architecture, reporting, and accessibility.
