EY Studio+ Sales Transformation – Senior is seeking an experienced consultant to help clients reimagine sales strategy, operations, processes and technology, enabling revenue growth and efficiency across lead-to-cash workflows.

You will conduct qualitative and quantitative research, lead workshops, and deliver actionable recommendations while mentoring junior staff and collaborating with client executives. Expect 50-80% travel domestically and internationally, with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years in consulting or relevant industry roles with commercial focus.
• Strong problem solving, communication, and workshop planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support analyses and client deliverables in lead-to-cash projects.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and document sales processes and tech.
• Facilitate workshops and present findings to clients.
• Collaborate with executives to assess sales strategies and tech roadmaps.
• Mentor junior staff and stay abreast of sales trends and AI.
