Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant for Studio+ Sales Transformation to help clients reimagine sales capabilities across strategy, operations, processes, and technology. You will join a diverse, globally connected team delivering complex engagements on lead-to-cash and related areas.

You will design and implement client projects, conduct research, interview stakeholders, and develop actionable roadmaps. Travel up to 50–80% domestically and internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, data analytics, or related field; MBA considered.
• 3+ years of work experience in consulting or industry position focused on commercial functions or related technologies.
• Ability to travel 50-80% domestically and internationally.
• Strong problem solving and presentation skills; ability to communicate complex concepts simply.
• Experience in workshop planning, research, current state assessment, and roadmap definition.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement client projects in lead-to-cash across sales strategy, operations, processes, and technology.
• Lead or support analyses and develop client-facing work products.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, synthesize findings, and formulate recommendations.
• Document sales processes and enabling technologies; prepare client workshop materials.
• Collaborate with executives to assess strategies, capabilities, processes, and technologies.
• Support assessment and implementation of enterprise sales technology platforms (CRM, CPQ, CLM).
• Mentor junior team members and stay ahead of sales trends and AI developments.
• Travel to client sites as required (50–80%).
