Job summary

EY Studio+ Sales Transformation team is seeking a Senior Consultant to drive lead-to-cash improvements and sales technology implementations. You will conduct research, lead stakeholder interviews, document processes, and facilitate workshops to help clients accelerate revenue growth and improve efficiency.

The role requires 3+ years in consulting or related fields, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel 50-80% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree) in marketing, business administration, data analytics, or related field; MBA or equivalent can be considered.
• 3+ years of work experience in consulting or related field with focus on commercial functions or related technologies.
• Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills for client-facing work.
• Experience delivering workshops, current state assessments, gap analyses, and future state roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal and external research on leading sales practices.
• Lead client stakeholder interviews and identify improvement opportunities.
• Document sales processes and enabling technologies for each process.
• Prepare materials and facilitate client workshops.
• Collaborate with executives to assess strategies, processes, and technologies.
• Support assessment and implementation of sales tech platforms (CRM, CPQ, CLM).
• Mentor junior team members and foster growth and collaboration.
• Stay ahead of trends in sales operating models and AI.
