Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Consultant for Studio+ Sales Transformation to shape sales strategy, operations, and technology across client engagements. You will lead analyses, conduct interviews, and design end-to-end sales solutions from concept to go-live, collaborating with executives to enhance revenue growth.

You will travel 50-80% domestically and internationally, mentoring teams and staying abreast of AI and sales tech trends to accelerate client success in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, data analytics, or related field; MBA or equivalent considered.
• 3+ years of work experience in consulting or industry with commercial focus (marketing, sales, pricing).
• Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Problem solving and mature judgment in internal and client-facing situations.
• Experience delivering work in workshop planning, research, and future state roadmaps.
• Analytical and collaborative problem‑solving skills; can define solutions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; able to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; ability to build teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; willingness to travel 50–80% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement client projects across lead-to-cash processes.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research; synthesize findings and recommendations.
• Lead client stakeholder interviews and document sales processes and related tech.
• Prepare materials and facilitate client workshops.
• Assess and improve sales strategies, capabilities, processes, and technologies.
• Support implementation of CRM, CPQ, CLM platforms and tools.
• Mentor junior team members and foster growth and collaboration.
• Stay ahead of trends in sales operating models, customer experience, and AI.
