Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Studio+ Sales Transformation practice. You will drive design and implementation across lead-to-cash processes, helping clients reimagine sales strategy, operations, processes, and technology to accelerate revenue growth.

You’ll work with client teams to define segmentation, coverage models, and enable a future-ready sales process that informs technology implementations, while mentoring others and staying ahead of AI trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.
• 3+ years of consulting or industry experience in commercial functions or related technologies.
• Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Strong problem solving and mature judgment in client-facing scenarios.
• Experience with workshop planning, research, current state assessment and roadmapping.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; ability to mentor staff.
• Willingness to travel 50-80% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Participate in design and implementation phases of client projects.
• Lead or support analyses and work product development for client teams.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research; synthesize findings and recommendations.
• Lead client interviews and document sales processes and enabling technology.
• Prepare materials and facilitate client workshops.
• Collaborate with executives to assess sales strategies, capabilities, processes, and technologies.
• Assist in evaluating enterprise sales tech platforms (CRM, CPQ, CLM).
• Mentor junior team members and promote growth and collaboration.
• Stay informed on trends in sales operating models, AI, and related technologies.
