Job summary

Integra LifeSciences seeks a Senior Manager of Sales Training & Development to design and execute the training strategy for the US Neurosurgery portfolio. You will lead onboarding, e-learning, in-person programs, and continuous learning using digital tools and live sessions.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Compliance to ensure compliant, engaging programs. This role reports to the VP of Marketing and requires strategic leadership and hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• BA in Business, Education, Sciences or related discipline.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in sales training.
• Proven ability to create, update and deliver effective training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding and e-learning design for LMS users and remote platforms.
• Lead classroom and face-to-face training programs with cross-functional support.
• Develop and evolve learning strategy aligned with sales and marketing plans.
• Coordinate annual training meetings and manage vendor credentialing.
