Job summary

LTIMindtree in the United States seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise Sales Technology initiatives within Corporate Systems. You will manage end-to-end delivery across Salesforce platforms, CDH, and AI transformation programs.

You will partner with Product Owners, Salesforce Architects, developers, data teams and stakeholders to drive delivery and ensure governance, using Clarity and Jira for tracking and FARM compliance.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of enterprise project management or related delivery experience.
• Experience leading programs across Salesforce, CDH, AI and enterprise integrations.
• Strong governance, release management, and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Sales Technology projects across Salesforce, CDH, and AI initiatives.
• Manage intake, prioritization, governance using Clarity and Jira.
• Develop executive-level reporting and track health risks, dependencies and delivery metrics.
• Establish Jira structures for epics, features and user stories; ensure backlog grooming and sprint execution.
• Coordinate release management and FARM compliance with deployment readiness.
