The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales tax compliance, experience with ERP systems, and the ability to analyze large data sets with accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
• At least 3 years in sales and use tax compliance.
• Experience with multi-jurisdictional tax reporting and audits.

Responsibilities

• Manage, collect, review, and validate sales tax exemption certificates.
• Maintain records and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Contact customers for expired or updated certificates.
• Research and resolve tax discrepancies and notices.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Sales, and Customer Service.
• Support tax audits from start to finish.
• Assist with accounting-related projects and reconciliations.
