Responsabilités

• Manage full cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection management, and offer execution.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, and conduct market research to inform hiring recommendations.
• Utilize recruiting technologies and applicant tracking systems to manage candidates, track pipelines, and maintain recruitment metrics.
• Provide hiring recommendations using market data and competitive intelligence.
