Job summary

PGIM, Inc. is seeking an Executive Sales Assistant in Newark, NJ to support the Business Development team. The role requires experience supporting senior executives or sales professionals in a fast-paced environment and involves Salesforce, Seismic, and PowerBI proficiency, plus coordinating complex meetings.

The position is hybrid, working three days a week from our Newark office, with a salary range of $85,000 to $95,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 7+ years of executive assistant, project management, or sales support experience in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Seismic, PowerBI, Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, and Teams.
• Strong editing, proofreading, and attention to detail.
• High professionalism and responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support as a power user of Salesforce; create and manage records and profiles.
• Enter notes, update top opportunities, and review audit reports.
• Coordinate in-person, virtual, and hybrid meetings; arrange travel and logistics.
• Secure meeting materials and approvals for client entertainment and travel.
