Job summary

Prudential seeks an Executive Sales Assistant to support the PGIM Institutional Client Group's Business Development team in Newark in a hybrid role. The ideal candidate has experience supporting senior executives and sales professionals and will own a variety of tasks to enable the team’s success.

You will manage CRM activities in Salesforce, coordinate meetings, organize travel, and secure approvals for client gifts and entertainment while maintaining professionalism and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of executive assistant or sales support experience in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Seismic, PowerBI, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
• Strong editing, proofreading, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support as a Salesforce power user, creating and maintaining CRM records and opportunities.
• Coordinate all meeting logistics for in-person, virtual, and hybrid meetings.
• Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reimbursements for assigned sales representatives.
• Obtain compliance approvals for client gifts and entertainment as required.
