Job summary
PGIM - Executive Sales Assistant (Finance) within Prudential Financial, Inc. supports the Business Development team in a fast-paced, demanding environment, assisting senior executives and sales professionals with a wide range of tasks.
This hybrid role is based in our Newark office three days per week. Responsibilities include CRM activities in Salesforce, meeting logistics, travel arrangements, and securing approvals for client gifts and entertainment, helping drive business development efforts
Qualifications
- 7+ years of executive assistant, project management or sales support experience in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Proficient with Salesforce, Seismic, PowerBI and Microsoft 365 tools.
- Strong editing, proofreading, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Provide sales support as a power user of Salesforce; manage records and data for client reporting.
- Enter notes and opportunities for sales reps; maintain up-to-date top opportunities.
- Coordinate meetings (in-person, virtual, hybrid) and arrange travel and expenses.
- Obtain compliance approvals for client gifts, travel and related expenses.
