Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and engage customers to explore their musical passions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through upsell and cross-sell of instruments and accessories.
• Maintain expert knowledge of gear and share insights with customers and team.
• Build and nurture relationships with customers and the local music community.
• Keep displays organized, restocked, and maintain the store vibe.
• Guide and mentor teammates, open/close duties as needed as a keyholder.
