The Opportunity
We’re looking for a proven, results-driven Senior Sales Representative who wants to stay focused on what they do best: selling, closing, and building customer relationships. At Premier, you won’t be bogged down by paperwork, supplements, or production headaches. Our specialized internal teams handle every step—from insurance negotiations and supplement processing to material ordering and job completion—so you can stay laser-focused on your clients and commissions.

What You’ll Do
  • Scout and prospect storm-affected neighborhoods
  • Perform property inspections and document damage
  • Educate and guide homeowners through the insurance process
  • Attend adjuster meetings and advocate for coverage
  • Present contracts, confirm material selections, and close deals
  • Maintain strong communication with homeowners
  • Submit referrals, assist with financing, and ensure satisfaction
  • Leverage backend support teams to keep deals moving and customers happy

What You Bring
  • 2+ years of sales experience (restoration or home improvement)
  • Confidence on rooftops—comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting properties
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven by financial success
  • Professionalism, communication skills, and emotional intelligence
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
