Bumble Roofing is actively seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales force in Dallas, TX. If you're hungry, driven, and understand the power of nurturing leads, this opportunity offers unmatched earnings potential. Our most driven sales reps average over $100K annually by closing just 2-3 jobs per month-and that's before additional bonuses and perks. You'll receive company-provided leads, a $500/month fuel allowance, and the support of a nationally backed but locally rooted roofing company known for service and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections and meet with homeowners to present solutions.
• Use Bumble Roofing's proven sales systems to generate leads and close deals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and responsiveness.
• Knock on doors, prospect insurance agents, and request referrals to expand your network.
• Schedule and conduct meetings to secure work authorizations.
• Safely set up ladders and perform roof inspections as needed.
• Consistently follow up with clients and gather reviews to bolster reputation and trust.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, ideally in roofing, construction, or a similar industry.
• Comfortable working outdoors and conducting roof inspections.
• Energetic and personable, with the confidence to engage with homeowners and build rapport.
• Self-starter with a strong drive to meet and exceed performance goals.
• Willingness to prospect at least 25 hours per week.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including some evenings.
