Are you a confident and proactive sales professional with experience in laboratory products? Do you enjoy building relationships, developing leads, and closing business – all from a fast-paced, phone-based environment?

We’re recruiting on behalf of a respected global supplier of scientific and laboratory equipment, known for delivering quality, precision, and reliability across a wide product range including:

  • Pipettes and liquid handling tools
  • Balances and weighing equipment
  • Labware and consumables
  • Temperature control and fluid handling systems

As a Technical Sales Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in developing new business and managing existing accounts by phone and email – engaging with customers across the scientific, industrial, and academic sectors.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships via phone and digital channels
  • Proactively follow up on warm leads and convert them into long-term business
  • Identify customer needs and recommend the right solutions from a broad product portfolio
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and report on activity and sales performance
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to support customer success

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in technical sales within the laboratory/scientific sector (essential)

Comfortable selling over the phone, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to understand customer needs and confidently present product solutions

Target-driven and self-motivated with a proactive, can-do attitude

Familiarity with lab consumables and instruments
