Job summary

Eurofins USA Consumer Product Testing is seeking a Medical Sales Representative to grow strategic relationships in the medical device and healthcare sectors. The role focuses on expanding MET Labs testing, inspection, and regulatory services through a consultative, solution-driven sales approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in TIC, laboratory testing, medical device, or regulatory services.
• Strong understanding of testing and certification processes.
• Proven B2B sales and business development experience.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and executive-level customers.
• Consultative selling approach with relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with medical device manufacturers, OEMs, and technology companies.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer accounts.
• Sell MET Labs medical device testing and related laboratory services.
• Develop strategic account plans and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop customer-specific testing solutions and proposals.
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and technical discussions.
• Negotiate contracts and drive opportunities through the sales process to close.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies within the medical device industry.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, forecasting, and sales reporting.

Job Description

Position Summary

The Medical Sales Representative is responsible for developing and growing strategic customer relationships within the medical device and healthcare industries, with focus on expanding MET Labs testing, inspection, certification, and regulatory service offerings.

The role leverages previous testing, inspection, and certification industry experience to understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and connect clients with the appropriate technical and laboratory resources. The sales cycle; from prospecting and relationship development through proposal, negotiation, and project execution, while partnering closely with engineering, laboratory, regulatory, and project management teams.

Additional Information

Compensation :

• $100,000-$120,000 salary plus commission
