Job summary

Eurofins USA Consumer Product Testing is recruiting a Medical Sales Representative to build and grow strategic relationships within the medical device and healthcare sectors, focusing on expanding MET Labs testing, inspection, certification, and regulatory services.

The role leverages prior testing, inspection, and certification experience to identify opportunities, connect clients with lab resources, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in TIC, laboratory testing, medical device, or regulatory services.
• Strong understanding of testing and certification processes.
• Proven B2B sales and business development experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and executive-level customers.
• Consultative selling approach with strong relationship building skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with engineers and technical subject-matter experts.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites, conferences, and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with medical device manufacturers, OEMs, and technology companies.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer accounts.
• Sell MET Labs medical device testing and related laboratory services.
• Develop strategic account plans and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop customer-specific testing solutions and proposals.
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and technical discussions.
• Negotiate contracts and drive opportunities through the sales process to close.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies within the medical device industry.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, forecasting, and sales reporting.
